Breakfast:

     Oatmeal with walnuts and blueberries.

Snack:

     Almonds

Lunch:

     Almond butter and jelly sandwich with a salad.

Dinner:

     Pork chop, cauliflower casserole and 1/2 a pear. Had a extra scoop of cauliflower.


Water:

     64 ounces

Activity:

     10,102 steps. Walked on both breaks today.
