Breakfast:
Green smoothie and banana muffin.
Snack:
Apple
Lunch:
Hummus and pita bread.
Dinner:
Chicken Marsala with buttered noodles, mostaccoli (yikes), green beans, carrots and bread. Strawberry Torte for Frank's birthday dessert.
Activity:
8792 steps. Suprised it was this high did no intentional walking today.
Water:
Probably around 56 ounces or so.
