Breakfast:

     Yogurt with granola.
     
   


Snack:

     Banana

Lunch:

     Salad with grilled chicken.



Snack:

     Apple.

Snack:

     Handful of almonds and way too many crackers with cheese.

Dinner:

     1 rib, 1 chicken wing, rice salad, cole slaw and berries.

Dessert:

     Piece of birthday cake. No sweets for me this weekend.

Water:

     56 ounces.

Activity:

     12,288 steps today.
