Breakfast:
 
     Homemade egg mcmuffin and 1/2 a banana
   


Snack:

     Handful of almonds

Lunch:

     6 inch italian sub

Snack:

     Yougurt with granola


Dinner:

     Crunchy chicken salad with pita bread. (1/2 order)

Water:

     64 ounces. That's great for a weekend day.

Activity:

     Just 8702 steps today. No intentional exercise.
