Breakfast:

     Egg muffin, banana and pantry bread.


Snack:

     Almonds

Lunch:

     2 soft tacos and a salad.

Snack:

     Pear.

Snack:

     Cheese and crackers.

Dinner:

     Pot roast,apple and slice of bread and butter.

Water:

     64 ounces.

Activity:

     9,706 steps. Went for a short walk on afternoon break.
